We know how important continuous production is to your bottom line. Pines field service is backed by a team of dedicated service engineers who are experienced in setup, mechanical and electrical components, controls and automated part handling equipment.

The Pines Field Service Crew is available for on-site repairs, upgrades and training of your personnel.

We support all of our machines as well as many other brands of bending equipment.

Service Charges

For Technical Assistance and Supervision by a Pines Technology
Authorized Service Engineer

Pines Technology's policy is to build the best possible bending machines. In line with this policy, we believe that the job does not end when the machine has left our plant. It continues indefinitely as we provide the customer with technical assistance in the maintenance and operation of their equipment.

To meet this goal, we are constantly improving our Customer Service Department and have established the following uniform charges for service:

Time In Customer's Plant:
Weekdays up to 8 hours $140.00 / hour or $1,120.00 / 8 hr day
Weekdays exceeding 8 hours $200.00 / hour over 8 hours
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays $200.00 / hour or $1,600.00 / 8 hr day
Exceptions – When work on Saturdays. Sundays and Holidays is at Pines' convenience and
not specified by the customer.
Travel Time: (Service Engineer may not be departing from Cleveland, Ohio)
When more than one call is made on a trip, travel time is prorated by the time spent with each customer. $80.00 / hour
Where travel time requires an overnight stay, a minimum of one whole day is billed.
Expenses:
Customer will be charged with all travel and living expenses incurred by the Pines Service Engineer in making the call. When multiple service calls are made, expenses may be prorated on the basis of the time spent with each customer. (Service Engineer may not be departing from Cleveland, Ohio).
Minimum Charges:
All calls of 2 hours or less time in plant will have the following minimum charges:
Weekdays $660.00
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays $800.00
Where an overnight stay is required, a minimum of one whole day will be billed irrespective of the time in the plant.
Purchase Order:
All requests for service must be confirmed by a hardcopy Purchase Order prior to departure of the Service Engineer.
