• Machine is equipped with state of the art PINES Manufacturing “Dial-A-Bend” VI control. This is a programmable, PLC controlled angle of bend selector console. It allows precise bend angle information to be input through the 12" color touch screen. Dial-A-Bend VI Control features include:
• Springback compensation to adjust for material springback.
• Multiple part storage: capable of storing 200 parts w/up to 32 bends per part.
• Diagnostic program helps to troubleshoot problems in the control.
• Multiple push button control of individual machine movements.
• Alphanumeric part data storage.
• Automatic Parts Counter.
• The existing solenoid control directional valves and plumbing are replaced with Parker Hannifin Components.
• The swing and stationary arms are rebuilt with all new wear items such as slides, pins, and links, and bushings.
• The swing arm is removed; the upper and lower bearings, keys and fasteners are replaced.
• Equipped with a new Automatic Bijur Slide Lubrication System.
• Clamp and Pressure Die Holders are repaired
• The pressure die holder pins, rollers, bearings, and guide blocks are replaced and adjusted to fit the master-bar.
• The master-bar is repaired.
• New die stud, nut, locating ring, and die key are replaced.
• Disconnect box replaced with all new Electrical Wiring and Components.
• All wire-ways and wiring replaced, to include buddy box's, Seal-Tight , Square-D, Fittings and lines, and wire troughs.
• All hoses are replaced.
• Machine primed, and painted.
• New Owners Manual provided, which includes electrical and hydraulic prints.
• Quality inspections are performed, which include a 5 hour auto-cycle run and a sixty bend, bend repeatability test.
• Machine will carry a 90 day parts and labor warrantee

Quotations from PINES TECHNOLOGY , including customer’s/distributor’s purchase orders, and acknowledgments of customer’s/distributor’s purchase orders by PINES TECHNOLOGY are made subject to written acceptance and acknowledgement delivered by PINES TECHNOLOGY , and are made subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:

INSTALLATION: A Pines’ Service Engineer will be provided as required for supervision of installation and for instruction on operating and maintaining your machine. Daily fees for traveling are $60 per hour and daily charges are $1,250 per day Expenses for installation will be billed separately at cost

DELIVERY: PINES TECHNOLOGY shall exert its best efforts to cause the equipment to be shipped and delivered in accordance with the terms and provisions of the sales contract. However, all delivery dates stated by PINES TECHNOLOGY are approximate only, and are commensurate with foreseeable scheduling. PINES TECHNOLOGY will not assume any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever, including loss of income and/or profits, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from delayed performance in shipment and delivery of the equipment for any reason whatsoever.

Terms of payment:

• 50% at time of order
• 5o% on notification machine is available for shipment

WARRANTY: This equipment is subject to Pines’ limited warrantee which covers defective material and workmanship for a limited period (see above) from the date of shipment. See details of warrantee shown separately.

OWNERS MANUAL: Two copies of the owner’s manual are furnished at time of shipment. The manuals include electrical and hydraulic circuit prints, lubrication charts, installation and operating instructions, trouble shooting notes, and parts lists of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components. TAXES: Prices do not include sales, use, excise, property or similar taxes arising out of or relating to the sale or use of the equipment. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Pines Technology free and harmless from and against the imposition and payment of such taxes, whether or not they are stated in any invoice for equipment shipped. Pines Technology, at its option, may at any time, separately bill Buyer for any taxes not included in Pines Technology invoice and Buyer shall pay said taxes, or in lieu thereof, shall provide Pines Technology with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to taxing authorities.
