Coaxial Cable Bender
Pines Technology’s Model CNC 10 is a fully automatic bench top coaxial cable bender that produces complex parts quickly and efficiently. This totally electric bender with pneumatic tool action requires minimal operator assistance. Cable is simply loaded through the carriage while all three axes movements of the bending sequence are executed automatically to complete the part. Unlimited part length is accommodated by Pines exclusive hitch feed feature, allowing increased productivity and material savings. The CNC 10 is designed for superior production performance and reliability for cable bending applications.
Tested
Since 1943, Pines has pioneered new technology and set industry standards for tube bending equipment. With the CNC 10, Pines offers a fully automatic bench top bender that can accommodate up to 1/4" O.D. coaxial cable (with .250” head option). Able to program up to 32 bends per part, the CNC 10 simplifies set-up, programming, and operation for production in cable bending applications.

Simple to program and operate, the CNC 10 has a color touch screen that can be programmed for English or metric input. Operators can easily enter, edit, and change bend information. For increased flexibility and productivity, a compatible PC can be connected to the unit for off line programming, editing and storage (with optional workstation software).

The CNC 10 has a rugged, compact design for efficient and productive performance. Featuring Pines exclusive hitch feed the CNC-10 can bend tubes without extension to the carriage travel. By eliminating tool / carriage interference on the final bend, the hitch feed feature increases machine productivity and reduces material waste.
